Namely the map and the fact that you have to supercruise to each planet, I also hate the fact that the ships are so small that if you zoom out to control the battle effectively you'll just see a bunch of icons moving around like in Supreme Commander. I played Sins of a Solar Empire and while I enjoyed it, I still don't like many aspects of it. I didn't try it because of the outdated graphics. I never played Homeworld but I was always intrigued by it because I love the concept of a RTS in space.
